Originally founded by Gary Chaney over five decades ago, Chaney Roofing Maintenance has installed tens of millions of square feet of commercial, industrial, and institutional roofing and related products in Ohio and the surrounding States. With customers as diverse as Fortune 500 companies, the US Government, State of Ohio, numerous school districts and hundreds of "Main St." business owners, our projects range from small repairs to several million dollar complex custom installations.
Now headed by Gary's son Shawn, the company continues to lead the market in the most technologically advanced installations. For that we've assembled a team of Estimators, Managers, Fabricators, and Installers with unequaled amounts of experience.
With certifications by every major manufacturer of Commercial roofing materials, we are able to tailor the correct systems to the task at hand. Our custom sheet metal shop with state of the art fabricating equipment rounds out the project with attractive and long lasting finishes.
In 2013, the company opened an office in Sarasota, FL - CRM South Roofing Solutions - which has rapidly expanded to include residential installations as well.
